Creatures and more...______________________________April 3rd, 2004 - saturday___

I just added a link to the work of Doug TenNapel. He does some brilliant stuff. If any of you haven't read Creature Tech yet, I highly recommend it. It's one of my favorite graphic novels. Doug was nice enough to let me hang out at his studio and it's been a while since I've felt this inspired to work harder. The man is an imagination engine, and he really sets the bar high with his talent and work ethic.

Hellboy...

Maybe it was because I didn't expect too much, but I really enjoyed the Hellboy film. I think it's a pretty solid piece of entertainment. Of course, I can't get enough of monsters fighting on screen, and Ron Perlman gave a really fun and inspired performance as the big red guy. Admittedly there were plenty of hackneyed and cheesy parts, but the film was really fun overall. If ya want, go talk about it...

More Daisy...

After having finished up some other work for the week, I'm back on Daisy Kutter chapter one. More updates on that project soon...
