Last night, I visited USC for the first time and gave a talk (along with three of my friends) about film production and animation. We had a blast making fools of ourselves in front of the students, who were basically our age. I don't know if we were able to impart any wisdom, but I think they sure got a kick out of seeing a group of young people much like themselves having started their own little company and actually making it in the real world! (Of course, we barely squeak by day-to-day...) I also got a little nostalgic, thinking back on my days in film school. For all you college kids out there...BE COOL, STAY IN SCHOOL. Not as a way to stay off drugs, but for your own sake, dammit! Stay in school, man! Don't leave that fantasy land!! Hehe. Just kidding. There's a nice cubicle waiting out here with your name on it. <:P
